Cold Shop
The equipment in the Glass Lab's cold shop area consists of polishers, sand blasting and glass cutting saws.

Skat Dry Blast System, can etch or deep blast designs into glass.

 two saws, a Felker and a Raytech self feeding saw.

 two 36 inch Steinert Industrial grinding wheels

a diamond spindle grinder,

two 24 inch reciprolaps

two 106 inch Sommer and Maca belt sanders

two Turner polishing machines
 
one for pumice and the other for cerium.

In addition to the above equipment, the glass lab has a Heathway scientific glass lathe, a Lincoln electric linc welder, a band saw and a drill press.

The plaster and wax room is equipped with two Earlex Steam Master steamers and two Wagner Power steamers, a sand batch mixer, and a Waage wax melting pot.
